A rainy weekend ahead of us and a good time to go shopping for things I will need for the holiday baking.I need to stock up on butter which is on sale,flour,sugar and fresh spices.Hard to imagine today in a month I will be already busy baking cakes and Christmas sweets and then packing them in tins to ship off to their recipients across the globe.I have been doing this for more than 30 years and hope to continue for some more years."I am the kitchen machine and my hands are my kitchen tool" a quote my paternal grandmother used to say and passed on to me!
