What’s for Dinner

Baked potatoes with butter, sour cream, green onion and bacos.

Baby spinach and romaine salad with cucumber, radish etc.

Leftover Mexican rice for the kiddo and anybody who wants some.

Made lightly dredged cauliflower in the air fryer and gave it a spicy sweetish glaze -- I'm calling it General Faux's . Pretty damn tasty stuff!

Getting dinner out with the bf tonight, not sure where yet.

For lunch we had chicken soup, grilled chicken breast with vegetables and pear pie

Last night was chicken, steak, big shrimp fajitas, with zucchini, onions, bell and chipotle peppers.

Chicken breast bone in/skin on off the grill, oven fried potatoe wedges with garlic/sage, cranberry sauce which is bubbling on the stove right now, so,etching green and the inevitable rabbit food.

We are meeting some friends for a a late lunch at a popular seafood restaurant - I already know what I'm getting. It's mahi mahi with lump crab meat and a caesar salad and maybe dessert just because we don't splurge very often. There's plenty of leftovers in the fridge if either of us ends up being hungry tonight!
