Frying up some ground beef with onions, mixed bells, cabbage & tomatoes, garlic. Probably have it with the leftover pigs in blankets

Fajitas with grilled skin on chicken, lots of sweet pepper and onions. I do not know what they are - pointed, very little waste and they attracted SO's attention. Spice mix is in the pilon.
Fire place is roaring, whiskered friends are snoring. Oops that rhymes. All is well in small town Oklahoma.

Broke our tradition of Friday night being pizza night. We had bought one of those Kirkland lasagne.
Some reason thought it had 2 separate meals in the box. One very huge one. Anyway, I cut the 1st quarter off and stuck it in our convection toaster. We had 2 separate slices from the quarter slab.

Dessert: small slice of my pumpkin mousse pie and cup of hot tea.

Kept tradition of Friday night Pizza but sort of nby accident. I just can't look at thanksgiving food/

So, we ordered two Pizzas my son, his gir; friend and a friend of ours are here and we all wanted to "un-thanksgiving" our palates. One large thin crust with Pineapple, and banana peppers, and one with peppers onions and mushrooms. I'm making a salad, my son and GF are picking up the Pizza and some kind of good beer. It will be a surprise.

Last of the leftover turkey, served with green beans, stuffing and mashed potatoes with gravy. Anchor Steam beer to drink.
