Italian, with friends and family, was amazing. Too full to eat dessert so took some home. Will need to work out a little extra to work it all off this week!

Interesting, especially since I’ve noticed that many people don’t like hot cherry peppers, I love to use them when cooking

I'm doing this whole HelloFresh wrong, but I still kinda like it.

Last night was noodles and chicken in peanut sauce. I reduced the noodles by 3/4 and replaced them with a surplus of veggies we have on hand.

Tonight is a burger with crunchy onions on brioche with cottage fries. I'm setting aside the potatoes for a cauliflower blue cheese gratin. Cause I needed to use the cauliflower. And I'll add tomatoes, lettuce and avocado to the burger.

Also making a bread pudding due to surplus of leftover Hawaiian bread and heavy cream.

Stuff with feta, quickly fry in olive oil. A nice addition to an appetizer plate. You may have to cut them in half.
