Bread with soy meat, fries and onion rings.

Opened a pint of Halo ice cream, took one spoonful and almost gagged. I then noticed it was made with coconut milk. One thing I have never overcome is my absolute dislike of coconut. Ever since I was young I hated coconut, didn't like the smell of it and especially hated the taste. Things like almond joy, coconut cake with those nasty dried coconut flakes, yuck. Even coconut milk is vile. Coconut water is the only thing I can drink.

Finished leftover chicken Alfredo and veggies - mix broccoli and asparagus and potatoes (some kind of soy sauce).

Chicken, shrimp & Andouille sausage jambalaya with sautéed zucchini and cornbread.
Guinness Stout to drink.

It is my sons 22nd b-day, so he ordered from a local Bozeman establishment for the family dinner (4)- we all had burgers, 3 of the same variety and one a classic. These are $15-17.00 burgers. It was unanimous- they all sucked. The amount of salt in the burger was terrible.

Scratched that place off the list.

The other half of the chicken with lemon I roasted yesterday.
Small salad: cucumber, sweet bell pepper, tomatoes, polish pickles.
Airfryer fries for S/O and I cook a little rice for myself with turmeric.

Tonight besan and yogurt curry dish with various spices (see in below recipe) with thin potato wedges.Served with chapatis,onion,tomato and cucumber slices.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.I noticed the grapefruit taste especially delicious and aromatic after a spicy dish.
