I think I'd love the texture!
The texture is a real treat and with a little soy sauce and garlic powder, it adds another dimension. We’ve also had them battered in an Indian restaurant as an appetizer and they were Unbelievably Good❗️

Beef mini meatballs in brown gravy.
Mashed potatoes & baby carrots & shallots.
Coffee with raisins infused in brown rum, just 1/2 tsp and 2 raisins per demi tasse.
A sort of mini mince pies* adapted from Delia Smith's Christmas cookbook to supplies I had in my kitchen.

Took out the rest of the Thanksgiving carrot cake and oatmeal buns and am serving Daughter's cream of turkey wild rice soup.

I'm so glad to have leftovers as we rush willy-nilly into Christmas. I have a mental picture of slippin' and slidin' downhill on the ice juggling an arm load of packages.

Did you ever eat so much that your ribs hurt? I did last night. We went to BJ's Christmas beer tasting party. OMG, Asian Salad, Couscous and cheese with pimento and cayenne, flatbread pizza, 12 ounce prime rib with cheesy mashed potatoes and monkey bread with ice cream for desert. Oh yeah and 6 different beers to sample

Thick pork chops off the grill with Sriracha-honey glaze, grilled apples/onions, homemade rice a roni, big bowl of mixed salad greens. My carnivore should be happy!
