Fish, rice and a green salad (cherry tomatoes, blueberries, grapes). Snapple.

Dessert: bites from a slice of Peanut Butter Explosion cake and the Red Velvet cupcake. DH got to eat the rest from both.

Water.

Daughter and I went to the matinee of "The Nutcracker Suite" and planned to eat at a new Argentinian restaurant which was closed.

We found a little Asian eat in/takeout with K-pop on the sound system that had the most wonderful food. We had family style fried rice, spicy orange chicken, kung pau chicken and walnut shrimp.

Everything was spick and span and the food was hot, fresh and colorful. That will be a new go-to.

The dill pickle flavored salad I got at Costco - strange but good!

Chicken potstickers in soy-sesame-chili dipping sauce. I didn’t make them either! I am remiss in my home cooking today.

I started to make pasta (vermicelli) with meat sauce yesterday and discovered I'd let the ground beef sit too long. I'd gotten busy and forgot how long it was there. Anyway had to throw it inthe freezer in preparation to throw it out on trash day. Not worth getting sick over.

So I cooked the pasta anyway and added tomato sauce. Took a couple of seasoned patties out of the freezer. Baked them. Had them crumbled with the pasta. Not bad. Green beans with.

Tonight I had more of the pasta. This time with canned chicken for the protein becuase I didn't put any meat in the pot of pasta.

It's either Digiorno or home made pan pizza. None of that Domino's crap.
