Trader Joe's roasted red pepper and tomato soup (it's delicious and comes in a box -- don't get the low sodium -- it's awful) and a grilled cheese sandwich on multigrain bread. Just water with a slice of lemon.
We were out of town for several days with a long ride back today, so dinner was easy, quick and very tasty. We had flat bread pizzas. The secret is olive oil painted all over the flatbread then topped it with some homemade pizza sauce, mozzerella cheese, chopped red bell pepper, sliced onion, halved kalamata olives, and finally a good shake of red pepper flakes. Also a salad and a couple glasses of pinot noir.
2 small rice crackers, one of them with vegan pesto (from Trader Joe's) and the other with foie gras also from Trader Joe's. Plus a few strawberries. I was not really hungry.
Spaghetti but not in the traditional sense. I use zoodles instead of pasta as I don't eat flour products. Grated Parmesan cheese on top and small side salad with red wine vinegar dressing. Mmmm.
After baking and sampling all day I think I'm just going to have some cashews and an orange.
