I made a Jaques Pepin stuffed bell pepper recipe tonight - it calls for sausage and I used a sweet Italian sausage. I made a side dish with vermicelli, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, lots of garlic and parmesan. It went with the peppers really well!
We had Eggroll in a Bowl! Sort of like an un-stuffed egg roll. Topped with roasted nuts, green onion and hot chili sauce. Served with brown rice and a pot of oolong tea.
Tonight chicken breast in white wine sauce served with rice and a glass of local Ontario white wine.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
4 boneless,skinless seasoned chicken breasts with salt/black pepper
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup finely chopped red onions
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup Greek yogurt
garnish with chives and black olive slices
