Celebrating 25th wedding anniversary by going to Joes Real BBQ in Gilbert Az. When we discovered this Great bbq place we sat close to a crew from " Diners, driveins and dives" They said it was good enough to be featured in their show. Think it was the next year. So we had EXCELLENT BBQ meal.

Tonight we're having more of the short ribs on fried cornmeal mush cakes and I'm going to make a fresh radish sour cream sauce to drizzle on top, with green beans. Fresh fruit for dessert.
Gonna try my hand at making pasta again, will add a premade truffle sauce, pan seared chicken breast and arugula
