It's that time again. Leftovers or leave behind science projects. We ate leftovers. Beef stew that was modified a little with some cream of mushroom soup so it didn't seem like leftovers. Would have been better with some fluffy rice underneath it.
Tonight will be seafood appetizers: raw oysters on the half shell with limes and hot sauce; crab legs with butter and lemon; scallop and raw shrimp tostadas (topped with pico, avocado and spicy lime sauce); and baked potatoes. Mexican beer for the guys and pinot grigio for me.
Broiled sirloin steaks with salad and baked potatoes. Cabernet Sauvignon to drink.
