One of my favorite dishes, Mexican Comfort Food Pozole Rojo❗️ It takes a bunch of hours to make but it’s a great winter dish, very tasty and healthy.

Hawaiian chicken in the slow cooker, brown rice, and beets. A simple dinner but I want something more. Guess I'll have to make apple crisp!

I jus read it's National Spaghetti Day so that takes care of that! I'll make some turkey meatballs and tomato sauce, snap peas on the side or maybe as part of a salad.
