Super lazy tonight -- had the Popeyes fried flounder sandwich -- they usually only have it during Lent and it is surprisingly good. I get it without tartar sauce and add extra pickles and lettuce at home. Had it with some fresh roasted asparagus. A cup of herbal tea and some dark chocolate covered almonds for dessert.

I made a salad of boiled red potatoes and blanched green beans, green onions, toasted walnuts, and a Dijon vinaigrette.

M ate a couple of toasted walnuts and green beans with smoked salt and ground pepper; she tasted a chunk of potato in vinaigrette and oooh, that pucker face!
