I got some Lemmongrass from a neighbor giving it away on the Buy Nothing group and after planting some, I had a few stalks left over so I’m making Thai green chili shrimp tonight. I’ll do a side of stir fry veggies - red bell pepper, onion, carrot, mushroom and zucchini.
I splurged on a pizza stone and pizza peel so tried them both for the first time today ... here's the pizza right after I put it in the oven...
And here's what it looked like just OUT of the oven (9 minutes later) ...
It was pretty good although I didn't get the crust as thin as I wanted it so it was still a bit doughy. At least it was crispier than the last time I tried homemade pizza (with no pizza stone). Not sure how much extra in electricity the 500-degree oven for 1:09 will cost!

Did you heat the stone first? We do ours on a stone in the Kamado (it goes higher than 500) and it is amazing. Thin crispy crust is my fave too, ours is more like pizza on a cracker.

Yes, that's what I meant by the 1:09 (an hour and 9 minutes) at 500 degrees! An hour to heat the stone, then 9 minutes to cook the pizza.
I need to find my rolling pin so I can get the dough thinner! (Or I should just give up trying to find mine at this point and buy another -- I'm sure it would be cheaper than the stone & peel!)
left over Shepard's pie for me. Husband had chicken hearts and cauliflower.
