I am doing one of these sheet pan dinners -- a package of Rana potato gnocchi, chunky sliced sweet Italian sausages, some quartered sweet onions and broccolini -- lightly cover with olive oil (not the sausages) and whatever seasonings strike your fancy. Saw it on Pinterest and I have all the ingredients so giving it a try. I have dark chocolate covered almonds and dried cherries with herbal tea for dessert. Taking a break from the wine.
I went out for a large BBQ lunch. I ordered the two meat platter. I chose burnt ends and brisket with collards, cole slaw and corn bread. It was waaay too much food. I am having the leftovers for dinner and probably breakfast too!
