Pan seared chicken breast, tarragon cream sauce.... and I need to cobble together the eensy teensy amount of vegetables from the garden, very small cauliflower and broccoli, pea pods and fresh peas.... more of an amuse bouche than a side.

It is so. so. so. hot.

I cut up a watermelon, put half in the fridge and left half out with a melon scooper on top.

I’m going to slice up some garden tomatoes and make simple pinto bean and cheese burritos in the microwave with some sliced onion and radishes.

I have a small sirloin roast on the smoker and we'll have fresh corn I bought at the farmers market today along with a salad with fresh tomato and cucumber also procured from the farmers market. I'll round it out with some leftovers - a few black eyed peas and potato salad. I was planning on making homemade butter pecan ice cream for dessert, but I forgot to put the ice cream maker tub in the freezer. It's probably a good thing because we already have enough food.
