I made my husband braised lamb shanks for the first time. He said it was really good. Since I don't like lamb I had whole wheat spaghetti with butter and grated cheese.

We got home late from a bike ride and hike so it was Plan B tonight. Grilled turkey burgers with melted pepper Jack cheese, sliced jalapeño, avocado, lettuce, tomato and spicy brown mustard on a bun. Grilled zucchini slices and sweet potato chips (thin sliced sweet potato sprayed with olive oil and some salt and pepper) cooked on the grill. A clementine for dessert.

Ribeye for SO, spaghetti alio I olio I pepperocini, rabbit food.
We will be making several batches of habanero peanut brittle for SO to take to his play date Saturday so that and vanilla ice cream for desert.
