The Sonora desert of southern Arizona is surprisingly green, due to the palo verde trees with their green bark. But not very Irish.

How about an appetizer of potato skins filled with shredded corned beef and cabbage? oh, wait, is that the entree?

On a show I watched, they said the newest fad is creme fraiche on a potato chip, topped with a bit of caviar. You could tint the creme.
