If you live in Pittsburg, I guess you go to Primanti Bros all the time

Do you mean sandwiches or subs? To me there is a huge difference. I like subs but I LOVE sandwiches.
When I want a great deli sandwich we have a synagogue about a 6-7 minute drive from us that runs a deli out of their kitchen. They bring pastrami up from somewhere in Brooklyn and it is incredible! Closer to home at a maybe 6 minute walk we have a pretty good deli. They make some seriously great cole slaw topped sandwiches.
If I am the mood to eat out then I hit a local bar over in the next square. It has been there since the 1940s. They make really great and really affordable sandwiches. Is there anything better then a rueben and a cold beer?

In VaBch, Route 58 Deli. Anything in the place.

Near Philly in Brookhaven, Phil & Jim's Italian Hoagie "Everything Sweet." This is supremely delicious. Cheesesteaks also very excellent.

There's only one go-to for me at Firehouse and it's the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket (nothing else they do comes close IMO).

I don't eat any "chain" subs or sandwiches because they're usually made with processed meats that have high levels of sodium. If I truly wanted a decent sandwich I'd take a trip back to Baltimore which has some eateries with famous sandwiches such as the Chaps Pit Beef, Faidley's Seafood Crab Cake at Lexington Market, and pretty much anything at Attman's Delicatessen (their pastrami is drool-worthy).

And pastrami doesn't?? 302 mg per ounce of beef pastrami and 325 for turkey sandwich. And of course, who gets a pastrami sandwich with less than 6 oz of meat?? Then, pastrami sandwiches are generally served with cheese, mustard, and pickles, other sources of sodium.

Jersey Mike's is good but too oily for me.

Subway gets a lot of hate but it's always been my favorite sandwich place.

I used to go to Slobway but they've put a ton of MSG in their cold cuts starting a few years ago, and that gives me a headache.

oohhh that's on my list to try here in Atlanta.
I can't wait to try it!
