I guess Asian, because it is comprised of about 15 different countries and versions of cuisine.
I'm not a big fan of American Mexican, but like recipes from the Yucatan region.
I like German, Middle Eastern, Greek, American....
I just like good food.

1. Mexican (prefer "California Mexican" )
2. Asian (but of course there are some Asian cuisines I like much better than others; Thai and Indian are way up there)
3. American (that is, good American, such as a great barbecue, or an awesome burger)
4. Italian (everyone raves about Italian food and I don't see what the big deal is. Maybe I just haven't had the good stuff?)
Greek would be my add-in option!
