Three things leap to my mind:

1. Puffer Fish....several years ago in Japan I ate puffer fish (fugu) at a neighborhood sushi joint. Apparently, the chef had special training in order to prepare the stuff. I did get the tingling lips effect sometimes noted.

2. Deep Fried Hot Dogs and Polish Sausage - awesome really but I'll never eat either that way again.
s
3. Jack Daniels + Blue Bell Vanilla Ice Cream + Goat's Milk + Krispy Kreme Donut Milk Shakes......I never knew the ratio of ingredients, however, a hunting buddy from Tennessee used to whip these up at deer camp. I'm not going to lie - the shakes were awesome.

Are they still serving fried butter? It's been awhile since I've been to the fair.

I dont know if it qualifies as the most unhealthy, but the Goat Head I ate in Lanzhou, China.

I must admit the eyes didnt taste as bad as I thought they would. The rest was awful.

Remember, foods that you believe to be healthy today may, in fact, turn out to be something entirely different as time goes by. See Miles Monroe for more specific information.
