I found some organic mushrooms at Costco sometime after the lockdown that were really good.

They actually tasted like mushrooms and weren't salty or soggy, somewhat crisp in fact.
I used them in omelettes, quickie pasta sauces and soups.

All in all I bought around twenty cases of twelve cans per, my last visit I bought around twelve.
I should have bought forty more, because I haven't seen them since.

I searched the internet not too long after, found the distributor and called or emailed them regarding if Costco was going to stock them again, and where I could buy a large quantity at a reduced price, and...
I'm still waiting!

They were packaged and/or sold by Festival, and came from the Netherlands.

Weird?
Glad I wasn't lurking here back when you posted this, because my supply would have been gone in a couple of weeks, they were that good.

I have a case of Giorgio organic, sliced, canned, mushrooms from Costco. I add them to frozen stir-fry vegetables and use them on frozen pizzas. They were U.S. grown.

I'm surprised that no one mentioned spaghetti sauce. My mom always added canned mushrooms to hers.

It was good stuff!

The marinated mushrooms in the little jars are great on salads. They are very tasty.
