I have never seen pork liver in a store. Personally, I prefer chicken livers!

I use clean pork liver for my scrapple. Personally I find pork liver less, umm, potent than beef liver.

Yum, I eat beef and chicken livers, like them both.

Pork livers, hum, never had them, don't think I have ever seen them in the store.

Even though I'm not kosher or that religious I am not sure I could make the leap to pork liver. I eat almost all other exotic food, but I never saw it in a store or restaurant.
