"Bullet coffee" is a keto thing. That diet is big on fats!

See poll, which will hopefully be attached to this thread.
I wish I could drink it black, but it is too acidy for me, so I add a little cream. Would be nice to not have to, but that cream cuts the acid for me for some reason. Love coffee!

We like the flavored creamers and add a dash of sugar to boot. So surely not a purist.

Even more outrageous, we usually brew decaf coffee - and then I add Cafe Bustelo instant espresso to get the caffeine level I want. Then, when it's later in the day I can drink the remaining decaf with no boost. I have to stop caffeine intake by 10 AM or so or can't sleep at night.

I drink it black….love strong/full bodied coffee as well—Cubita and Serrano from Cuba as well as Tonino Lamborghini from Italy.

First I got into grinding my own beans, then I got into buying them freshly roasted, then I bought a V60 and learned that 95% of drip coffee makers don't get the water hot enough to do light or medium roasts well so I'm doing pourovers lately, now I'm considering buying unroasted beans and learning how to roast coffee myself because although I've found great tasting decaf, I can widen my palate considerably buying them unroasted and doing it myself. I'm eyeballing an S800 roaster with the height extender.

Now I can't drink the coffee most people drink anymore after being spoiled by coffee snobbery. haha. The stuff at work tastes like burnt death to me. Undrinkable.

I’ve found that I am sensitive to caffeine. I like black coffee, but I’m fine with decaf. The problem is that decaf tends to be pee pee coffee.

Black, fresh ground beans every morning. Two cups is my limit and only at breakfast.

I like a cafe au last: half milk, half strong coffee. Just the thought of it helps me get out of bed in the mornings

Oh, and I use a stovetop!

Dark roast S-Bucks Verona K-pod coffee with plain 18% fat cream and Stevia as a diabetic's sweetener. So delicious. I'm going to make one right now!
