Black with nothing added IF its good quality coffee.
Cheapo crappo stuff needs doctoring to get it down. Once in a while get stuck with cheapo crappo eating out. But at home where I am in control, drink it black. Even then the manufacturers get brainiac bean counter moments and cheapen it. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Cheapen quality of your coffee and I am no longer a customer. All there is to it. And seems many have lot incentive to try and fool the customer in inflationary times.
As to flavored coffee, just as well microwave some koolaid. Bleh. I can guarantee you artificial flavorings mean el cheapo crappo coffee. They have to give it some flavor somehow. That robusto coffee is high caffeine and super productive (cheap) down on the mega plantation, but no flavor on its own.
I used to sometimes mix it with a packet of the instant cocoa mix, which also contains dry milk for creaminess. It's delicious! But, again, sugary. I guess I just don't want "dessert" for "breakfast."
For those who like their coffee creamy without the calories and fat and just a bit of sweetness, and believe me it's nothing like sugar, you will love Tupelo honey in your coffee.
Maybe it's just a southern thing. Years ago I was a coffee, 1/2-n-1/2, sugar person... not anymore (in my best Clouseau voice).

I mix cocoa powder into mine sometimes. It's admittedly a more "dark" flavor not everyone will be into without adding milk and/or sugar.
An inch or so of milk to cool it down, a splash of flavored creamer for taste (especially Peppermint Mocha or Coconut Creme), and whipped cream to make it look pretty.
I've used gift cards at Starbuck's before...and invariably order just coffee with cream, LOL. One of these days I'm going to go WILD and order something unpronounceable! Or maybe "the pink drink."
Based on your earlier post in this thread, get you a breve latte! It's my go-to at Starbucks whenever I'm meeting someone. The milk part of the coffee latte is replaced with steamed and frothed half and half. At home, I make my own breve lattes about 2-3 times a month. Sometimes I just use straight heavy cream.
I like my coffee strong with cream and sugar. Once on a while, I like to have an espresso with sugar.
