At least at the McDonald’s locations I frequent here in Northern California, it seems as if they are using a new blend of coffee, which is significantly noticeably improved from the older versions. My spouse and I will on occasion grab breakfast at McDonald’s during our morning jogs and we have really noticed an improvement in their coffee.

The local competition (i.e., several Starbucks locations, along with Dunkin’ Donuts, Philz Coffee, Peet’s Coffee and other “Mom & Pop” doughnut shops & coffee houses serving coffee, etc) is pretty strong, so McDonald’s probably had to “up it’s game.”

Your mileage may vary.

I love so many teas, and chai is one of them for sure! Also, matcha is good.

I also make a fantastic tea simply from herbs in my garden, like basil, thyme, etc. Mostly basil, which grows prolifically here and which I love. A great benefit of those is that like many herbal teas, there is zero caffeine in them.

I've tried every herbal tea there is, I think. While regular leaf tea is too bitter, herbal just tastes like...aromatic hot water. Bleh!

Half and half only. Will take milk if there is no half and half.

I typically only drink iced coffee. Coffee, a couple sweetner packets, and some creamer that I foam up with a Nespresso foam thingie or my newest gadget, a battery foamer from Amazon.

And I have about 20 bottles of various Monin sweetners...new fav is Brown Butter.

Only one per day.

I totally weaned myself off coffee/caffeine when I started fasting because I don't like the taste of black coffee (I need lots of cream) and didn't like being dependent on it anyway, getting headaches without it. Now I just treat myself to one or two a week, when I drive out of town for a hike or some other activity. It's a lovely treat while watching the sun rise, doesn't break the bank, and doesn't get me hooked again. I actually enjoy it more!
