I smoked beef tongue once. It was really pretty good. Had it w/crackers and I was shocked. I'd eat it again, the kids just wanted to play with it.

Tongue actually tastes just like beef (probably because they are the same thing--muscles).

Liver is the worst thing that I have ever tasted.

Most meats gross me out (and I am not a vegetarian/vegan).

Cow's milk, too (even chocolate) grosses me out.
