I cooked in my kitchen this morning, and I fixed wheat toast, Jimmy Dean sausage patties w/sage, one egg over-easy, and potatoes O'Brien. They were washed down with a glass of milk (I had a Starbucks latte earlier). Good eating.

Cut up some purple sweet onion, zucchini ball, porticni mushrooms, & mix in an egg white, put it in a Spelt Tortilla with some swiss cheese & breakfast is served! Yummy!

Made up a couple servings of fresh squeezed black grape juice to wash it all down with... glass for now & a glass for later today!
