Maybe next time I'll do the cook and serve with some added pectin? Who knows what will become of it. Have a box of orange jello to add some to. That would make it a Tang-o-lo.

How about trying:

Fruit Dessert

From the kitchen of Allison Cooper, Baileyton, Tenn.

Prep Time: Approx. 15 minutes

Ingredients
2 cans pineapple tidbits
2 cans Mandarin oranges
8 bananas
2 pkgs. instant pudding (4 serving size)
1/4 c. instant Tang

Directions
Mix instant Tang, vanilla pudding mix and pineapple juice until pudding and Tang dissolve.

Cut up bananas and add to mixture.
Add pineapple tidbits and mandarin oranges. Stir together until well covered.

Chill one hour before serving.
This will keep several days if kept in an airtight container.
