The rest of my daughter's cinnamon crunch muffin we got while we were grocery shopping this morning.... it was more dessert than breakfast...but hey- nothin' wrong with that?

Well I got the day off to a good start with my glass of Tang followed by a good fresh made hamburger and and then a glass of cranberry juice.

A large cup of good coffee and a peanut butter and potato chip sandwich. I remembered that childhood delicacy when writing on the "bad for you" thread yesterday It was good!

"Zone" breakfast.... oatmeal with ghee and a little jelly mixed in, two eggs, goat cheese, green tea.
