Plain yogurt, skim milk, fruit (in this case -- raspberries and blueberries), and sometimes honey or vanilla. I make it at night and take it to work in a shaker thing.

i was thinking maybe starting the day off right with a margarita....lol...lmao. but i had the usual coffee and v8. so i'm running all cylinders.

This morning's fare was:

A 5 egg fresh onion and sharp cheddar cheese omelet, topped with homemade chili and served with pico de gallo salsa.
