I ended up taking My Chatterbox to Panera this morning.... I orderd a hazelnut coffee and she had an asiago cheese bagle... toasted with cream cheese... which I ended up finishing the last 1/4 of....

Well my breakfast plans fell to the wayside. I did manage two slices of whole wheat break with some smart balance spread on them. It could have been a lot worse like some have in other places in this cruel world.

Spouse invented a new kind of fritatta today: a Tex-Mex one with bacon, ranch-style beans, cheese and green chiles. Sounds awful, but it was really, really good, and very solid.

Started the morning at a diner with the family.... two eggs over easy with wheat toast.... simple... and a coffee.... (I needed to even out everyone else's choco chip pancakes lol)
