I had 2 egg whites fried and stuffed in a whole wheat(1/2) pita with an orange.

I tried to make my DH low cal pancakes from the mix. I used an egg white instead of a whole egg and skipped the oil in the batter. Sorry to say my DH said they were like cardboard, lol. I won't be doing that again.
