It had ham, cheddar, red onion, lettuce, spicy mustard and lowfat mayo. Yum!

Went to my Grandma's house for lunch... had a rosemary olive oil bagel and small salad for lunch... w/ low fat dressing....

THEN TOPPED IT OFF W/ A SLICE OF WEGMANS CHOCOLATE CAKE

No more S&V Chips for me... not for a long time...

I highly suggest trying the choco/chip combo... it is REALLY good in one of those Chocolate Fountains... a regular chip though... no going crazy and putting a S&V in there... that would be like Tang and Eggs....
