Thanks Lacey we just mostly have white or wheat around my country parts. Throw in some French or Italian they think we are well covered.

Had some cottage cheese, colby jack cheese and crackers today.

I think I need a farm wife instead of a nurse wife. I only had two pieces of cold fried chicken....Maybe I should just move to Utah and have a nurse and a farm wife....at my age no one ought to care... Did have some some green tea too.
