I overdid it today boy. I had brocolli and chicken, a piece of fried chicken breast, squash, carrots, potatoes, cauliflower feels like I am missing more items because my plate was overflowing. Washed it down with some 7up that I truly needed in case of severe heartburn or stomach spasms after that.......
I had to get fasting bloodwork done this morning.....was so hungry afterward that I had an everything bagel with turkey sausage, egg, and cheddar. Hit the spot!
