The DW fixed lunch today so I had a hot grilled cheese sandwich with jalapeno peppers and burnt on one side. Just the way I like them.

Being the wife is fixing again today, it will be a repeat of yesterday. The only difference is that she is not grilling them. I'll let her off the hook as she is doing all the work while I rest. As long as she gets the jalapenos on the ham and cheese I'll be a happy camper.

I made some chowmein with chicken, bean sprouts, cabbage, Chinese chives seasoned with oyster sauce and garlic-soy. Mean while my youngest son was making some frozen pizza. My oldest son sliced up some cucumbers, avocado and tuna sashimi. Once we had everything on the kitchen counter my hubby came out and we all started picking at everything. My youngest said "Hey, this is kinda like a Chinese buffet"
