I made a really delicious pita pocket with sliced imported ham, spring greens mix and a Greek style salsa. For the Greek salsa, I chopped up green pepper, tomato, onion, feta cheese and pitted Kalamata olives. Then I added some garlic powder and olive oil. Mix well.

Oh my that sounds sooooo good. Though I might kick out the ham and add some more veggies. I'm hungry now!
Well, the moderate-sized earthquake we had today here in SoCal (see threads in the California forum and Los Angeles and Orange County sub-forums) forced all of us at my workplace to be dismissed early. We were about to have a going-away potluck for one of my co-workers (who actually leaves next month), but we were not able to go back inside the building. In the meantime, two other co-workers of mine brought back the food we were going to have had the earthquake not struck. All the food was divided up amongst us and I ended up taking a plate home, which was Mexican-style roasted chicken with sides of Spanish rice and beans.
For dessert, I had a Trader Joe's "Sublime" ice cream sandwich.
