I had a very healthy lunch today. I had a 'you pick two' from Panera. I had 1/2 of a mediterrian veggie sandwitch with the bread, a cup of the low fat chicken noodle soup and a glass of iced tea.

A dried beef (the kind you buy in a glass) and swiss cheese sandwich with cheetos and a mango. If I'm still hungry I have some chocolate Christmas candy stashed away. The way I eat I'm lucky I don't gain weight easily or I would look like a cow.
