Went to the Jamaican restaurant down the street - curry goat, rice (I was upset b/c there were no beans in it), cabbage. dh and I shared a piece of coco bread and a beef patty. He had what we shared plus some bbq.

I have a Mr. Bento lunch thermos which I've been using to break my old fast food habit.

Today I packed 1 sliced orange
Spinach salad with chicken, cheese, and almonds w/ balsamic dressing
Cucumber, onion, & minced jalapeno dressed with rice vinegar & a key lime,
and topped with chopped peanut.

The "soup" container is still filled with oatmeal I was supposed to eat for breakfast because some diet saboteur brought in donuts.

We celebrated a co-worker's birthday today, so we had Chinese food from Panda Express. I shared a combination plate that had steamed rice and orange chicken. In lieu of a cake, we had banberry (banana and strawberry) pie from Polly's.

I had a small container of leftover red beans and rice, and another small container of tomato slices and low fat cottage cheese. I don't think this will be enough to last me until 5.30 tonight........
