Cheeseburger with mayo and a choco chip cookie!


Good thing I ran 2 miles afterwards........I burnt all the calories I ate....AND more!

A boiled imported ham sandwich with american cheese on sourdough with mayo and dijon mustard... and a DanActiva yogurt... delish!

Hubby is working the late shift today, so I made him a big breakfast. I was busy with the ironing, so lunch I desired a good old fashioned tuna sandwich on toasted Italian bread and a spring and spinach salad, and a bottle of water.

I'm skipping school today (shhh - don't tell the kids) to stay home w/ hubby. I'm making Ree's apple dumplings and can't wait till they come out. I'll have to "test" one of course.
