I'm snacking on some deviled eggs, and I took Nomad's suggestion to mix some jalapeno in with the yolks. A little horseradish crept in there too.

I'm envious...Need to get in on this type of food more often....Got to learn to eat more eggs if I'm going to have pet chickens.

I just had a sandwich (on a hamburg bun) with salami, provolone, tomato, red onion, and a thick layer of olive tapenade. It was most excellent!

Sloppy joes

I carmelized an onion with a diced anaheim pepper while the meat was browning, and then mixed them together, made the sauce and simmered for half an hour.

I have been helping in the 8 yr olds class the last 3 days in the morning so I come home just in time for lunch, I had some pasta and a can of chicken that I fixed 3 days ago that I have been eating on everyday. Just throw it in a bowl and throw some ranch on it. I finally finished it off today, but it was so good I think when I do groceries on Monday I will get the stuff for more. It's quick and easy and filling.
