Same as yesterday.... one of my favorite comfort foods.... a hotdog sammich... lolol

Two hotdogs boiled and cooled (from the day before is best, so they're cold all the way through and 'set') ... sliced in half the long way

Cucumber sliced the long way to fit the size of your WHITE bread

MIRACLE WHIP (NO substitution will work)

Take two pieces of white bread and slather with MW. Top one side with the cucumber slices to fit. Top the cukes with the sliced dogs. Add the top piece of white bread.

Sit down and eat. lol

I know it sounds like the strangest thing, but I'm tellin' ya... it's GOOD!

I use Oscar Mayer dogs.

My mom used to make this for my dad when I was a kid... except his had tomatoes. As a kid, I wasn't all that knocked out about tomatoes, but I sure liked cukes. So he'd have his done his way, and I'd have mine done my way! lol Try it out either way and see what you think!!

Well, I have to get up from the computer & start my chicken. I try to make a late lunch/combo dinner on the weekends.

Gonna make a chicken casserole & stuffing.

Enjoy your day everyone!
