Yea, I love the cold BBQ beans too. I think that's a plan to make extras this weekend. Extra pulled pork in them keeps me going til 1 PM.

Around November/December I end up having pumpkin or apple pie for breakfast some days. I figure a lot of breakfast foods are just sugary treats disguised as breakfast items, so eating pie isn't all that much different.

Oh my God is it confessions tonight....?
Yesterday as I was driving to work I devoured something for breakfast that others would judge me for....

Caramel popcorn.
Yummm it was so good....

I don't regret it.

In my younger days (late teens, 20s), I would typically have a Coke and M&Ms for breakfast just about every day.

(And then I would wonder why I had an upset stomach just about every day too. )

These days, some cinnamon and/or powdered sugar donuts are about as decadent as I get, and I don't have those very often -- donuts are for me one of those foods that I simply can't eat in moderation, so the best thing to do is keep them out of the house.

Leftovers from last nights dinner especially if its take out Chinese or pizza.

Soup - frozen, canned or ramen noodle.

Cold cuts, but no bread please.

Obviously, I'm not a big breakfast fan.

I'm not a big sweets fan for breakfast - one of my guilty pleasure breakfasts is to grab a can of our emergency fast dinner Nalley's jalapeno chili and toss a little cheddar cheese into it.
