We have 5 asian pear trees that produce a large amount of fruit. Last year my husband built an apple press and we made wonderful apple cider. This year he would like to do something with the asian pears. The asian pears are not as sweet as the apples so I think he will have to make the cider out of a combination of fruit. Does anyone have a good recipe for making asian pear cider?

I love Asian Pears Maggie, but sorry I can't be of help. I will look up
some ideas and get back to you. Meanwhile...it's back to winter chores for me.https://www.city-data.com:3000/forum/...ons/icon12.gif
