Reminds me of a time I was in Thailand with a vegetarian friend, looking for a place to eat dinner. My friend managed to explain that she didn't eat meat, and the waiter proudly showed her a huge bowl of freshly fried spicy locusts - her face was a picture!!!

It's currently 75 insect parts per 50 grams of cereal or grain.

That's a few extra vitamins right there
Good luck with those bugs - not my thing.

Oh, they won't care you see, because bugs don't have faces. At least that's an argument I've heard. Of course, they have eyes and heads, so maybe they will care...it's all so arbitrary; bacteria and viruses don't have faces, so antibiotics are OK. Not sure if you're allowed to kill cockroaches. And crayfish are pretty closely related to cockroaches, and lobsters to crayfish, so I'm not sure what the problem is there.....

Does anyone else like to eat dinner for breakfast? Heck, I really don't even like cereals and what not often. I'll take a carne asada burrito over pancakes any day.

Ribs reheated on the q are also top notch breakfast fare.

I never eat breakfast, but when I do, I rely on eggs, pancakes, bacon or vegetable omelet.

Except corn flakes or rolled oats in cookies, I don't use or eat cereals.

How about grains? Wheat? Barley? Any other grains?

Sorta backwards, I like breakfast for dinner. There's nothing like egg...uh oh...oh no...no...not now; I was just typing!....AAARGH!

Now I have to have my own eggs Benedict sometime this week. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! Are you happy?!! Do you know what a pain it is to make Hollandaise sauce? Man, you people.....

Hey guys and gals I'm double jeopardy with my breakfast and meats. I'd much rather have an all the way burger for breakfast or fried chicken. Both rely on grain for either the coating or the bun. Even one of my other favorites of cold fried fish has a coating of corn meal and flour.....And for the record I've had many a doggy bag breakfast because for a couple of dollars more I bought the larger steak with breakfast in mind.

Of course, just not bugs as an entree. There are almost as many bugs in grains and cereals as there are in the belly of a cow.
