Hot sauces - What do you use?

I like Sriracha...Seems to be everywhere in Seattle, even some Mexican restaurants.

I use Sambal Olek also! I love that it is super hot but also has a good flavor. One of my favorite snacks is a tortilla with butter and Sambal Olek.

I like Frank's, Texas Pete, and Sriracha depending on what I'm eating. I love hot sauce, I put it on lots of things. Pizza tastes bland to me without a few shakes of hot sauce or at least some red pepper flakes.

Yesterday I was having some Sriracha chili garlic sauce with my chicken, and I choked on a bite sending a spray of chili sauce down my trachea (I think). I have never felt my throat BURN like that.

I like it so spicy I get an antihistamine response. Check out "Matook's Calypso Sauce"; it is a habanero that has taste, and heat.
