Had some leftover brie from the other night, so I spread some of it on several on those toasted mini bread thingies, don't know what the name of them is. They're like miniature slices of bread, really teeny tiny, and toasted hard that are great for hor doovers (however you spell that word!). The brie was double brie from Tasmania - they make great brie. And blue cheese too.
