Black Grapes, Cantaloupe, Mini Mango, Jack Fruit all mixed together with a little dash of Poppy Seed Dressing. Also had 3 BIG glasses of COOOOOLLLLLLDDDDDD water... it was killer HOT outside today!!!

Think I'll finish off my Jack Fruit & Mini Mango... they are perfectly sweet right now, but if I let them go for one more day, they'll start turning the corner to yucky & only be good for the compost pile!

I'll be out and about running around town getting things together for my flight to Iraq on the 15th,,, so snack will likely be a little bag of nuts, seeds & dried fruit I carry around in the car with me, to keep those munchies at bay!
