Due the President's message are you concerned about having food, water etc?
do you have a 6 month or? supply of food etc.

Will there be a run of food etc....?

Are you self-sufficient?

I have enough food to last us 6 months, I have 3 freezer chests, I know husband is picky but he has no choice. I canned a lot of fruit. I'll grab some rice and flour and we'll have to do with that.

No, I have no plan to keep a 6 month supply for food or water. I live by myself though.

Being a long time home canner I have the food supply but with the president's message tonight it does make me feel more uneasy for my country.

I will go buy more toilet paper, shampoo stuff like that though. Need to be ready for winter anyway.

You know, I had the first sign last year around Christmas, I was doing the cookies as I usually do, I sent my husband to the supermarket to get eggs.
He wasn't coming so I called him to see what keeps him... he said "I am looking for the damn eggs, can't find any" and he was at the 3rd store already.

Then I told him "this doesn't looks good"... turns out that I was onto something

And lately everything is so small, in my stores the French loaf shrunk to almost half the size. The fruits and vegetables were a joke this year... just yesterday I looked at the red pepper price... a small one $1.98 ... what is made of, gold?

Buy yeast with the flour, then make a sourdough of some type...Up here potato is good and I add a little yeast, then just keep it going and save the yeast...TP is good...., canned veggies, and I have freezer full full of fish because I like frozen, but if electric goes has the jars, lids, cooker and energy to can it...so not waste if thaws.....hate these thoughts, but have had them for a long time.....
